I'm not sure what palliative care is but it dosen't sound very good. A dying child is such a sad thing. It's something I've never had to deal with personally, so I don't know exactly what your going through but I can imagine it's really difficult. I certainly will pray for him and his family. And for you too. Maybe you can do something for the boy or for his family to help them out in this time of need, man. But certainly prayer does help a lot.
