If you mean "become gay" then you are right.

If you mean "have sex with another man" then the saying "everyone has his price, but for most people it's more than you can afford" comes into play.

If someone I loved was dying and needed an organ transplant, and the only available donor insisted I have sex with him, I'm not sure what I would do. I'm sure a sizable percentage of the population would "do almost anything" to save the life of a loved one.
