You're expecting too much from church leaders. They're just as flawed and imperfect as any other human being. Be careful! The only time I'd ever "come out" to a pastor is if he was one of my bestest friends in the whole world, and even then I'd be very careful. Christ alone is head of the church. Look up and cast all your cares and worries upon Him. Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. He WILL see us through this! Believe Him for that.
