I would strongly advise AGAINST telling your pastor everything. Pastors are only human. Even if he is a true man of God (which you don't know yet) he will still not understand and will have preconceived notions about what a pedophile is because of what everyone is exposed to from how the media portray us. Always remember that to the general population, we are either past, present, or future child molesters. And even if the pastor's Christianity keeps him from thinking we should all be killed, or at least locked up forever, he will still not be comfortable with the idea of a pedophile ever being around children. You can receive as much support by admitting to a problem with porn, than by revealing exactly what kind of porn. Most people can understand a porn addiction. But revealing what kind of porn will only alienate you from them. People can't support you with something that repulses them and that they don't understand.

What I would do is to just start attending as a regular Joe. I wouldn't get into problem areas at all till you know them better and they know you. First impressions are important and lasting. You don't want to start off by unloading on them, even if you keep the bl issue to yourself. Once you are sure that this is the right church for you, and you feel a part of the group, you can start opening up a bit. But I still would never bring up the bl thing. Of the people that have done this and have posted about it, very very few have had a positive experience from it.
