Actually, we were just discussing this a few months ago.

In brief, my understanding of this is that we humans have mistranslated, misunderstood and occasionally deliberately misinterpreted this and other passages that appear to condemn homosexuals.

Rather than me going on and on about it, I'll just direct you to a wonderful website that cropped up about a year or so ago, www.InclusiveOrthodoxy.org. Specifically, the paper the site's founder wrote a few years ago while in seminary. (Under "Bible and Homosexuality" if the link doesn't work.)

I suggest that you pray, read the paper, and then pray again. Pray first that God will speak Truth to you as you read, and then pray that God will help you understand what you've read, along with whatever else you feel you need to pray about. It might bring up many things.
