and look for anything you can do. You need to get out of this job. Even though you have not done anything wrong you don't want to work in an environment like that.

Are you at least getting paid during your administrative leave?

You may not want to go this route but you could threaten to take them to court for discrimination based on gender. I would not normally recommned something like that as I think we have too much of a sue happy country as it is but you have been wronged illegally. Even if you do not want to do this document everything on your own, EVERYTHING. Just in case something bad did happen you will want to have your own records and be able to remember exactly what happened on what date. Write down what you remember of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you think is important and save that stuff for years, things can bite you in the butt later.
