One of they dying stereotypes about gay people is that they are pedophiles. Sometimes coming out as gay for a BL can be good but I would not recommend it if you work with kids. Alot of people still would not feel comfortable with a 'gay' person working with kids. Then again if Nash knows his area and other staff it may help.
