Hey Bro,

I'm on this little trip as I write. My dad is taking a short rest in the room and I'm taking advantage of the time to come in here. It's been ok so far, although we almost got into it a few times. He and I have never seen eye to eye about everything, but at least we are getting along pretty good. It's a way to spend a weekend I guess. It's funny how relationships don't really change very much. He can still get me going and make me feel like a little kid sometimes. But I'm not letting it get to me. I wish he hadn't insisted we come to a big city to be together. He isn't really up to the driving and I'm not up to his getting flustered all the time. Oh well, I'm glad to finally see him after all that time.
