A fallacy exists whenever a statement is unfounded, because each statement in an argument must be either axiomatic or based on axioms.

God does not approve of sexual expressions outside of heterosexual marriage has not been proven to follow from the axiom of Christian faith in the Scriptures. It is merely tradition, the weakest and most suspect of the three legs of Theology.
