I think that it is unfair to ask people on a forum to give a solution to something for which entire books have been written. If you really want to get into the subject of controlling lust without masturbation, then I suggest a book like "Every Man's Battle" by Steve Arterburn and Fred Stoeker. I do not suggest you find an answer in an online forum.
