So...are you telling me that at the moment that you are looking at your porn or whatever it is that you look at, you are not intensely desiring whatever it is that you are looking at? You are obviously desiring it enough that it is physically stimulating you, so it is at least in some ways intense, which would fit that definition. You could argue that it is weak lust perhaps, but the bible does not differentiate between levels of lust. I can be intense about my football team for example, but that does not mean that I would kill someone to watch the game or what have you. There are levels of intensity and lust. The levels you speak of are a high level of intensity, but there are lower levels of intensity and lust.
