Hi Friend,

Sometimes I get really sick of having to write.."I don't know what to write. I have no experience in this kind of thing, so I have no advice to give you.". But that's all I can do I'm afraid. As far as advice goes, anyway.

But one thing I can do is give you my heart. I feel so...I don't know...frustrated for you. Ever since you first came in here and told us that you were married and had children, I have felt this way. I just can't imagine myself being in your shoes and staying sane. You have done so much better in your circumstances than I think I could have ever done, and I think you deserve a lot of credit for that. And I think God gives you a lot of credit for that as well. Not that God is running some kind of list on us, but that He sees the good that is in our hearts and loves it so much.

Maybe I do have some advice for you. Take some time to recognise all of the blessings God has given you and thank Him for all of them. That's what I try to do. Even in my most difficult times I have to recognise that I am trully blessed by God. Sometimes I make a list, beginning with the small things (which actually turn out to be big things when you think about them) like good health and having a steady job. Just being alive is a huge blessing, even when times are hard. Knowing that God loves us is a huge blessing. Having friends to love, and who love us back, is a huge blessing. I'm always suprised to see how big this list can get and it can help put my problems into perspective.

You are loved my good friend. Always remember that. There is nothing that love cannot help or heal. I pray that God's love so fills your heart that absolutely nothing else will be able to bring you down for long.
