it happens to me...started around 16. through the years though ive gotten better at knowing what the triggers are for the unhappiness and avoiding them. im also better at putting up mental barriers that prevent me from setting myself up for potential mass disappointment.

my point is, you will learn to handle your emotions and life gets better cuz when u get happy ur really happy...probably happier than "normal" people.
