(Not in terms of adult/minor attraction, but in terms of not being attracted to my partner.) In my case, the solution ended up being having a (very satisfying) nonsexual domestic relationship with the other person. But obviously that wouldn't work in most relationships.

It's difficult, when you're attracted to another person, to accept that your feelings aren't shared, particularly when you're in a situation (such as a marriage) where you'd naturally expect the feelings to be mutual. Hopefully, over time, your wife will be able to come to terms with the situation. I wouldn't suggest making matters worse by deceiving her.
