A number of these groups work with minor-attracted adults, actually. The most prominent is Broken Yoke Ministries (linked below), which works with imprisoned sex offenders. Its director is a former offender.

On a related note, the Christian Consultation on Adult Attraction to Minors (sponsored by CBF) had an ex-gay participant one year.
