I think it is always a big stretch to go from potential word meanings to actual situations.

I think the best we could say is that this relationship MAY have been a pederast one.

Regardless of that, Jesus'healing of the boy neither sanctions nor condones the relationship. This was not an instance where any morality was in question. A man came requesting healing for a loved one and Jesus granted it. Jesus never took moral inventories of people's lives before healing them. I think its safe to assume that everyone Jesus healed was sinful in some areas of thier life.... He still healed them.

Considering Jesus' firm conviction of the holiness of the Mosaic law I beleive it is unlikely that he would have had no problem with pederasty... which prescribes marriage as the only allowable sexual relationship.
