I just want some advice on how to deal with an issue PLUS also whether I'm reading too much into it:

I play football & cricket with the local kids, & one 10yr old boy has made me concerned. Whenever I am talking to him 1 to 1 he puts his hands down his pants & is DEFINATELY masterbating. His eyes fix on my own groin area, & alarm bells are ringing.
Should I take this to indicate that he might be being sexually abused by an adult, coz at 10 most boys aren't aware of masterbation, as well as the fact that he does so without showing any sense of that obviously masterbating in front of someone isn't wrong (especially an adult).

What's ta advice?
