what does this mean exaclty?

I think one of the key things in this area is acountability. When one is considering a little venture into indulgence, the last thing one wants to do is tell someone.

"hey Jo... I'm thinking of going and having a look at some porn"

NOT!

rather secrecy and hiding are the norm.

So... in the light of this point. Talking to someone about the desire, rather than hiding it, would constitute behavior that is incompatable with the undesired behavior.

Trouble is that this is very challenging! It takes having someone to talk to... and courage to talk to them.

The second and more obvious way that comes to mind is "get off the computer".
Before one begins searching for undesirable material... get off the puter and go do something else.

Speaking of getting off.... one often looks at porn in order to "get off" so yet another idea that pops into my mind is go and "get off" before you look at porn. This may be effective in lessening the undesired behavior of using porn as a means to get off.
