If you were talking to oldienewbie, I am wondering that myself. I hope he is doing well in his quest to be porn free.

If the question was aimed at me, I attempted to break free last summer from porn myself, last summer. I got up to what... 30 some days. Mostly through using cblf as an accountability partner.

When I lost the internet for a while, I didn't do well. Over the years, porn has become a way for me to relieve stress. So without the accountability that I had gained from the posters here on cblf, it didn't really take all that long to slip into old habits.

Though I am married, my wife has no interest in helping. So I had no one to lean upon. There were countless times that I wished I could have just talked to someone.

When I got the internet back, I didn't come here for a while because I was shamed that I couldn't keep it up on my own. Now, I am just trying to do the best I can.
