This week was amazing.
In more ways then i ever thought possible.

Yeah, you know my young friend?
You know how he knows about my boy love?
You remember his big brother who is my best friend, and yet hates gays?
Well, just refresh your memory.

Some stupid stuff was bothering my, potential 'week-ruiners'.
I just spat out my story at him, confessed.
He was so understanding, he treats me no different, and yes, he even knows about the events with his brother.

That is a true friend.

But what I wasn't expecting is what happened next, we became accountability partners.

He had spoken of something bad that wrecked him when he was about 12, or 13. And i really cared for him, i wanted to know. But then he admitted, that he lied about having a problem. I still thought about it.

He spilled his guts, and i couldn't bear to hear it....
I felt his pain.

Apparently, he had come close to 'doing things' to his his little sister, who was 6 about this time, but nothing happened he just got really close, which involved touching, it killed him.
He couldn't live with the pain.
He had to tell his dad.
Which remarkably around this time, he had to move across the country, which is where his dad lived.

In other words, it appears to me; that God had a hand in it. Made him move across the country to see his father, and then put him in my path.

We built bridges this week, as well as a house for the homeless....

Ahh, what a week.

I'm glad that i have real friends.
