I take it as curiosity. Maybe he at 13 is interested in comparing with other guys. Maybe he's going through the "gay phase". Maybe he was/is just curious. But just want some advice.

It's not like it's unrealistic or unheard of. What scares the crap out of me is, if it's the case, how much support is he gonna get from an uncle tom who posts on internet message boards trying to desperately justify that it's "just a phase, it's not really happening, this isn't real this isn't real this isn't real this..."

Are there a million different possibilties? Yup. In the case of the one that leads to discovering that he is, in fact, a gigantic fuckin' fruitcake with a horkin' crush on your man-beef, does he deserve better than to have people try to pull some "you're not really gay, it's just a phase" bs, or worse?
