While this instance may have been blatant, in the first line of this post Webmaster made it clear that the policy was "if there is any illegally-used copyrighted material on a page, you link to it, we check it, and we can tell that there is illegally-used copyrighted material, we will edit your post" or words to that effect. His exact words were Actually the answer is "it's never ok" [to link to sites that violate copyright laws] with the understanding that we are not perfect.

That's pretty strong. That's what I'm asking them to loosen up on.

Also, to make stuff bold, use HTML tags, like so:
<b>bold text here</b>
to make
bold text here

Similar for italic, use i, for underline, use u.

Most HTML tags are disabled for security reasons, but many of the basic font-formatting ones, including basic table tags, should work. They do on BoyChat anyways.
