Take a picture of a boy and, as the creator of the image, you own the copyright. Then, you can use it as a sigpic if you'd like.

Although I don't know why anyone would want to have a picture of some random boy as a sigpic. Though I suppose if you are creative with your photography, you could create something good that way.
