Hey Aaron!

Good to see you still got your amazing sense of humor about you - even in your tough situation! Its also goo to hear that your committed to a positive change in your marriage. I will be praying that things work out - with the wife, the job, the whole shebang! God is with you my friend!

Just one thing ... "trust me, even the seagull feathers are no more after these past few months" . ?? Excuse me?! I was unaware of what power you gained since we last talked, but last I knew not even you had the power to know exactly how intricately and specially you affect others lives! I bet you that for a lot of people, you were carrying much more that a set of seagull feathers around!

Now, of course this is no excuse for us all to run around amuck and lawless just because we are that little sunshine to a person. We all have a responsibility to respect ourselves, others and the laws and path that God has set out for us. But it does mean that we aren't to be overcritical of ourselves, and to NEVER devalue just how important we are - no matter what horrible things we have done.

This kind of reminded me of one of the cheesiest songs ever written that we used to sing in our elementary school. In it were the words "you were made a little less than His angels. You were made to be the best of his shining stars. You were made a little less than His annnngeeelllllss: be the beauty, the wonder ... be the Majesty's splendor ... be the person that God knows you are" .

Well Aaron, I know from first hand experience that you are an amazing person with a lot to share. So just don't you ever forget, that no matter how dirty we may get with sins, nothing can stop us from shining God's glory to others all around us in each our own unique way. Go on, Aaron. Shine!
