I think that if this exchange was rewritten like this:

"Perhaps you are under the false impression that I think being a boylover is a bad thing."

Well if being a Christian man who is sexually attracted to and loves boys is not bad by your standards then ok.
(Please include the sarcasm as you read the second line. I am assuming "blood sucking creature of the night" was sarcastic.)

I think you would find these sentiments familiar to your experience as a boylover.

Surely you have had such a dialogue with someone on your journey through this tribulation.
