Thank you to EVERYONE who responded. I REALLY appreciate your advice.

I have set ground rules for when he comes in my flat & he abides by them. One of them is that he ALWAYS has his mobile phone with him. The other is that he has told his parents he's round mine, & has made a set time for when he has to be back at his home.

I don't feel there is any need for logs of when he's here, coz in my opinion that's going OTT. When were together in my apartment we are generally at the PC. I've set ground rules of what is/what isn't appropriate for him to view online, & besides there's nothing dodgy on my PC which he might view whilst I'm in another room doing chores.

Regarding the blinds........... well after dark when he's round the first thing he does himself is pull my blinds down. I don't have an issue with that as that's what people do after dark. It's 'normal' behaviour.

The thing is that I'm NOT a paedophile. I'm a BoyLover. That means that I can relate to boys, would protect them with my life. Yeh sure, a cute boy with a ragin' boner stood before me begging for me to bring him to orgasm might make me tempted to suck his lollipop, but I RESIST temptation. I REBUKE temptation. Besides them Tommyknockers sure did a good job on me, as well as God too.
