We have been doing all these things.

What makes it different now is that my wife can finally see the reality of my sexuality.

I was hiding and she wad denying.

We are still great friends and love each other very much ... that is what is making this thing so difficult for both of us. We want to keep the relationship... but how can we go on as married when the sex part is so badly damaged?
