I'm new to this forum, my name is Kristian, & thought I'd introduce myself firstly & then post my 1st topic.
For people that download bad material, it can be all easy for them to just say to themselves "This is how I am, & there's nothing I can do about it".......... the truth is that this statement becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. A person saying this to themselves is not taking responsibility for their actions. A person that fits into this category might blame their own childhood for the way they feel, or blame something else, & may very well wish that they didn't need to satisy this hunger they have for such material. There is a solution, but it WILL take a great deal of self-discipline & teeth gritting to achieve. However IT DOES WORK!!! Taking control ************** Step 1: Send ALL the 'bad' images, clips, ect. currently on the hard-drive to the recycle bin. Step 2: Open up the recycle bin & empty it. This is the first step in no longer being a victim to the addiction, but taking charge of oneself. Step 3: The urge will come to download replacements for what's been lost, [edit] Steps 3 to 5 may need to be repeated many times, however the mind will learn that [edit] In the end the mind will say "Why bother!!!". The addiction will be broken, & the person will be in control & NOT their primative drive for sexual gratification. The process might take quite some time to achieve "Freedom" & any action of viewing the material WILL result in the person losing gained ground. I hope this helps someone out there.
