So here is the word from many of my straight friends:

"Cat you haven't been healed because you really don't want to be healed".
"Cat God can't heal you if you don't want to let go of liking boys".
"God is hindered from setting you free because you keep feeding your sexual attraction by pics and fantasy and stuff like that."

Well how come... (I wondered)... my attraction to women hasn't grown from my feeding it with a marriage for 18 years. Can some one explain that!

Or is it only evil boy attractions that grow with feeding?

Is God really limmited from healing me because of my failures?

"Cat you have never got serious in prayer and fasting about this healing"... Well I've prayed more fervently about this and more often than any other thing in my life. If I haven't prayed dilligently about this, then I haven't prayed about ANYTHING!

Am I just justifying my boy lovering?... Am I hindering God?

Are we all!

Is there not one amongst us who is able to approach God in the 'right' way and get free? And if they have why aren't they here converting the rest of us????

Or maybe God in His abundant mercy really does accept us just as we are, and allows us to suffer this desire for what He tells us we cannot have as a test of our faith and trust in Him.

Maybe the Scripture is right and God's grace IS sufficient for us MAAs as well as everyone else.

Ummm... a bit upset Cat?.... ya think!
