Oh really? Both boys and girls can, and often do have orgasms at a VERY early age. Even if they don't know what is happening, every child quickly discovers that certain actions give them pleasure "down there." Perhaps you meant they couldn't reproduce, which is correct, of course. But all the "wires" are already fully connected, probably from birth.

But keep in mind that I am not advocating being sexual with a child simply because he/she is capable of feeling pleasure.
