Those are tough questions. Well, to answer your first question I would say a person has to make the choice to open up. I know it sounds simple, but completely opening yourself is one of the hardest things any can do. Second I would have to say that a person has to acknowledge their own power, and somehow channel into it. As I have not done this I can't say for sure how the channeling would likely occur, but if I had to guess I would say our subconscience somehow flips a switch. And finally there would have to be a way the person could hold onto that energy and believe that it is neverending. I wouldn't even know where to start with that.

As far as your second question wow, that's almost impossible to answer. There are just so many things that are wrong, and each person is so different. Well for starters it would be great if everyone would open their minds to the possibility that they don't know everything, and that their opinions are not the do all be all they think it is. Secondly we would have to start working together as a society to better ourselves through education. The more people know, the more open minded they tend to be. I can't really think of many other ways we can make this dificit better.
