I take sertraline (Zoloft) to treat my depression. I don't really notice so much difference being on them, but it is hard to determine whether small improvements have been due to the drug or my own efforts.

Since taking them I have wondered if my sex drive has been slightly reduced, however this is also difficult to say for sure. (I think perhaps my feelings towards children have always been less sexually-orientated than others here, or perhaps I process them differently.)
