Hmm I feel you man, I really do. And assuming he's gay and feels the same about you, and not knowing about the laws where you live and how they pertain to your situation, I can't advise you on those grounds.
Biblical advice though is what you're looking for, and that's hard to come by as well. We've had a couple debates revolving around just what exactly the Bible says about boylove in general, and it's pretty slim pickings no matter which way you look at it. The Bible suggests a few things for you to think about though. First, is that you need to obey the civil laws that govern you, so long as they don't go against the law of God. This means you need to check out what your local laws actually say. Start with Wikipedia's entry on 'age of concent' and check the links at the bottom of the page, it's pretty easy and straightforward. If the civil law says it's not legal, don't do it. Very simple. If not doing it means you have to leave him to prevent it, I'd suggest doing so. He will eventually see it as an act of love that you protected him from the greater pain of the court system. If it is civilly legal, then you should be aware that the Bible has no issues with intergenerational sex, so long as it meets the other requirements. There are two other things that you need to wrestle with: the fact that he's a male and so are you, and the fact that you can't get married (unless you're in Massachusetts, which would require parental concent for any parties under 18). I can easily see doing away with the marriage part, because it's circular (it's sinful because it's outside of marriage, you can't get married because it's sinful, it's sinful because it's outside of marriage,...) if you can accept (and I'm not saying I do, per se) that the homosexual part is trivial or improperly interpreted somehow (?i.e.? that's *not* how I would lie with a woman!).

Stricly speaking, the Bible suggests that if you must have sex, get married. Cat can tell you how wonderful and horrible that is. (Sorry if I sound a bit bitter, but I *really* know how you feel). I know that you want some clear answers, a clear path, but God hasn't answered my requests for Rule clarifications either hun. If He answers yours, can you forward them to me?

Love in Christ,
~CSL
