I wouldn't recomend printing off a leter to give him. Like the other guys have said (although not from expereince), I think just talking about it would be better (if you are sure you want to talk about it). But maybe type it out and prepare it as a speech in your head (I wouldn't even bring the paper if possible). But just suggestions.
