Oops, I wasn't clear there, sorry. I meant psych profiles of people who have already offended, and only kept for a while (think parole phase 2). Regular psych checkups are a good idea for anyone leaving the prison system and it should continue for longer than active parole. Helping people reconnect into 'trust networks' (Love that term! Using it from now on!) should be the goal of the checkups, and the publicly available information can help those networks decide if that person's progress is satisfactoy for their community/business/family. And it should all be removed from easy public access after a set time based on the crime comitted and the progress made by the individual as evaluated by the psych eval's themselves.
