I didn't say it doesn't make sense. Therein lies the problem, it makes sense and sounds true, but isn't. If it didn't make sense there would be no problem because anyone could see through it. But not everything that makes sense is true. Life experience has proven to me that this metaphor, as nice as it might sound is simply untrue.
