All it takes to be found out is for a boy to lie and say you touched him. He might do that when he gets older and starts to realize that you were so nice to him because you were attracted to him. Young boys love non-sexual attention, but older boys start to figure out that even non-sexual attention is often motivated by sexual attraction.

Breaking the law is a good way to get in trouble, but staying legal will not keep you out of trouble.
