Lol, Hey Dakota!

I agree with the whole getting rid of the sexual aspect of the attraction, not that attraction it self - boys are just to beautiful to go by largely unappreciated!

But, about that last part, about being more comfortable with girls ... yuck! I am probably a little weird, but little girls freak me out! I seem to have this problem with them having spontaneous crushes on me ... ewww! You know, some girls are nice, and all girls can be nice some of the time. But 2 parts get me. 1) the young girl tantrum. Sorry, can't put up with it. If you're trying to be a brat or push my buttons to get me to do sumthin, you're out of luck! 2) The whole touchy-feely-clingy-"I have a crush on you"-bit simply freaks me out. Even in boys I get uneasy when that happens (although I can take a hug from a boy MUCH easier than from a girl).

Frankly, I'm the opposite of you - when given the choice, I hang out almost solely with boys. Now, of course I have to hold back at first for fear of coming on too strong (if you've been reading my posts to Youth, you'll notice I'm quite the wimp with actually engaging with boys). But once things get going, I'm pretty much fine. Its around girls that I am totally reserved around for fear that in their minds they thing "I like them ... giggle giggle giggle".

Plus, even with the scare of man-boy relationships that has plagued the world lately, I still think it is safer for guys (especially my age - 19) to hang out with boys rather than girls. I just think it looks better. You know - most guys like to rough house (not getting into gender roles or anything like that, just saying), its natural for guys and guys to hang out if they are just looking to have fun. I think at least (which hasn't proven to be all that relyable in the past :P)
