Thanks for the consolation, and a bit of hope at the end there - but really, as much as I wish I was in your shoes, I am VERY happy for you! Actually, I just had a really great experience - don't mind if I tell?

I was out with some friends, and there was a new girl there that I got to know a little bit that day. Well, turns out I saw her and her family at a movie later on (yea family movie day - I think we see far too few of those these days). So I went to say hi, and it turns out she an amazingly cute brother in grade 9. Well, being my usual nervous self, I avoided him and he didn't take notice of me. But (luckily) her parents were off talking with other parents, so I got chattin with her, and eventually to her little bro.

Well, as soon as I gave him attention it was like he reversed. He was outgoing and extroverted towards me and it was almost like he was looking for my attention. And his smile ... dang! And normally he would be out of my AoA, and really, he isn't like some of the other boys that I like, but there is something about him ... a boyish charm that is irresistable.

Sadly, it is HIGHLY unlikely that I will ever see her brother again (calling up a new friend to hang with her much younger brother might seem a little wierd where I come from). But I will definitely savor that moment for a long time to come!

So yes - I didn't get an "I love you", or even an "it was awesome meeting you", but I think something to that effect was implied, and thats good enough for me :D

P.S. - your siggie is beautiful. The artist ... whoever it may be ... should definitely be payed, or atleast recieve a Christmas present of some of that boylove you are recieving :P
