Pedophilia = attraction to prepubesent children.

and

Pedophile = adult who has sex with children.

I don't think these are medical definitions by a long shot.

I can't call myself a pedophile publicaly with that definition floating around.

I love the term Minor Attracted Adult. It is a great description of what I feel without making me to be more than that.
