I can't argue with that superb advice, everything you said was in fact true and a recipe for a better life.

However as people we are all built differently, whilst some of can find happiness and contentment with solitude or other activities to fill our lives, others feel like they need the loving and romantic relationship of a soul mate and companion to feel complete and I think I fall in to that category, which is why I'm struggling so much.

But in a sexuality such as this that it is unrealistic and impossible for that sort of a relationship to exist. So you are right I need to get out of the prison cell I have created for my self and find happiness elsewhere but I am so far lost that its going to be very difficult if not impossible.
