I am not out to anyone at church and never intend to be. Thus their views on the issue aren't terribly important to me.

The risks and consequences inherent in being out to anyone at my church greatly outweigh any possible benefits. I see no value in being open about my orientation. My sexual fantasies are nobody else's business any more than theirs are mine. I don't expect anyone to come to me and tell me about their sexual thoughts and neither should they expect me to tell them mine. That's not to say that discussions about lust are forbidden, but rather that discussing lust issues does not require going into details about what the specific thoughts are.
