...as you dig deep into your pocket for more money. I remember taking my YF to the movies, it probably would have cost less to take a date. But it was worth every cent, I think. We both loved it and always had a great time. But those theaters do make a bunch of cash from people like us...they aren't stupid. In my home town we had this HUGE multiplex theater that could show lots of movies at the same time, so you had a big selection. This was really cool but the lobby was also huge and they just filled it with arcade games and food counters. Man, after you buy the expensive tickets you still aren't safe because the only way to get to the theater showing your movie was to walk past all that...with a young boy! Yeah, good luck with THAT. The best plan I ever came up with was to only put so much money in my wallet so that when that was gone...then it was gone. But it was still always a good time.
