There's a big difference, and my instinct is to see this as non-prophetic. As such it is probably just about your subconscious struggling to cope with the fact that one day he will be gone from your life entirely. This is probably to do with the fact that you are in the process of losing him - having moved 1000 miles away as you posted recently. So it's about your not processing losing him. No more than that.
