Good luck to you ! you must do it because if you dont , you may regret for a long time. If you do try and are unsuccessful , at least you tried.

I was in a very similar dilemma recently concerning my YF's mom, and a gift i had bought him for christmas ( ihave only really known him 6 months). I wasnt sure to give it or not as i wasnt certain of her response , either one of gratitude or suspicion. I took the risk and it payed off big time !

Whilst i was talking to her - his arms were wrapped around my neck and his face pressed against mine - priceless returns for a $30 gift.

It has now only bonded me closer with my beautiful YF , but also more importantly with her.

It felt like a lottery win !
