The point of the article seems to be that if you are Canadian or travel into Canada you might get in trouble for child pornography without even thinking you have cp. It could be a book or film or something that in most other places would not be cp. Interesting that according to the article the gov has lost some of these cases and has yet to actually define it in any meaningful way so this does not keep happening. Just goes to keep show that laws like that have nothing to do with protecting children but a gut viceral reaction of some people AND getting reelected. Neither of which should ever be an excuse to make a law but but but PROTECT THE CHILDREN!!!
